The company, which is moving from another site in Miramar, is planning to move its 90 employees to MPC-11B at the park in February. Besides Florida, the southeast regional office serves customers in Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Mortgage Information Services, based in Cleveland provides title insurance, property appraisals and loan closing services to lending institutions.
Chris Constant of Cushman and Wakefield represented Mortgage Information Services in the transaction. Maridee Bell of Sunbeam Properties, the park's developer, represented the park.
The Miramar Park of Commerce has more than four million sf of space completed and is the largest corporate park in Broward County. The more than 120 national and international companies located at the park include American Express, Federal Express, Airborne Express, Caterpillar, Nissan, Sears, Honeywell and Nestles.
