The largest of the transactions is for 4,615 sf in Building 485 of the complex by Radnor Financial Advisors Inc. Radnor's headquarters has been located at the Meadows since 1999. Associated Engineering Consultants expands and extends its existing lease in the same building, where it has been a tenant since 1998. At that time, it occupied 1,800 sf. The new lease agreement is for 3,933 sf.
Haller Custom Homes re-upped for 1,896 sf in Building 489. It moved into the facility in 1997, and the renewal extends to 2007. Lead Generation Solutions, which moved into Building 489 last year, renewed its lease for 1,432 sf.
Lieberman Earley & Co., which is the exclusive leasing agent for the private real estate partnership that owns the three-building Meadows complex, expanded its own corporate headquarters to approximately 2,602 sf in Building 487. It has been located here since the building opened in 1982.
John E. Lieberman, a principal, negotiated all five of the agreements. The complex, which is located at 485-89 Devon Park Dr., totals 105,000 sf.
