The shopping center is located near the intersection of US Highway 6 and FM 529, which is a heavily populated retail trade area flanked by numerous residential neighborhoods. The shopping center is owned and operated by Ores Commercial of Houston, which used an in-house broker to negotiate the terms with Tuesday Morning broker, Gregg Bracchi of the Staubach Co. in Dallas.

Bracchi tells GlobeSt.com that the five-year pact is a typical length for the discounter, which is looking to add locations in the Greater Houston area. He says Tuesday Morning looked at a variety of options before settling on Copperfield Place. The Dallas-based retailer, which sells discounted domestic and European home accessories and gift closeouts, operates at least 10 stores in the region out of a 400-store nationwide portfolio.
