South Bend, IN-based Tower Advertising Products has leased 13,240 sf at 238-52 Beinoris Dr., a 66,230-sf building in Wood Dale owned by Dallas-based Prentiss Properties Trust.
Palatine-based Paramount Laminates, Inc. has signed a five-year lease for 6,534 sf at 938 N. Central, a 43,958-sf building owned by AMB Properties, represented by Podolsky Northstar Realty Partners. Boh C. Tsai of Re/Max of Barrington represented Paramount Laminates.
HSA Commercial Real Estate executive vice president Tim Thompson represented Prentiss Properties Trust in negotiations with Paine Wetzel.
Jeff Fischer and Bill Frain of CB Richard Ellis represented Bridge Development while Mark Levy of Sequoia Realty Group represented Universal Technical Institute of Illinois. Fischer and Frain represented Bridge Development earlier this year in the sale-leaseback, with VJ Properties Inc. of Phoenix handling negotiations for Shape LLC.
