Wong & Associates of Tempe, Eddy Moore with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com. The 74,000-sf business park at 1222 W. Alameda Dr. has 50 bays for industrial users and is home to several small businesses, including a T-shirt maker and a wood manufacturer. Moore negotiated the lease on behalf of both parties.
