The space is located at 8578 N.W. 23rd St. and the lease is one of the largest industrial leases to be signed in the Airport West submarket in 2003.
NNR Aircargo, a freight forwarding and logistics company, is relocating from Americas Gateway Center to reduce its facility costs, according to Codina Realty Services Inc. Oncor International. The company is paying less per sf at its new location, a spokeswoman says.
Jose I. Juncadella, senior vice president, David Spillers, vice president, and George Pino, associate, all with Codina Realty Services, represented the owner of Beacon Centre, AMB Property, in the transaction. Steve DiGiacomo of the DiGiacomo Group co-brokered the lease.
