Still in the running is a team including Mid-America Asset Management, Edward R. James Partners LLC and Valenti Builders Inc.; Northern Realty Group Ltd. and Wellington Partners Inc.; Opus North Corp. and Banbury Investments LLC; as well as Norwood Builders and L & H Real Estate.
Uptown Venture LLC, a team led by Mesirow Stein with Harlem Irving Cos. and New Frontier, has been dropped from further consideration. In its place is a team of New England Builders Inc. and JPA Real Estate.
Proposals are due in March.
