The tenant was repped by Richard F. Smith, Jr., senior vice president of the Philadelphia-based GVA Smith Mack. "Interline choose this location because of its close proximity to its existing warehouse facility in Mt. Laurel," according to Smith.

The building owner, the Chatham, NJ-based Archon Atlantic, was represented by the local office of Grubb & Ellis. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Interline Brands is a privately held direct marketing and specialty distribution company that sells maintenance, repair and operations products to maintenance professionals, hardware stores and other clients.
