Podolsky Northstar Realty Partners principal Steven H. Podolsky represented OHIIP LLC in negotiations with Fred Meyer of Facilities Plus Realty of Cherry Hills, NJ.
Meanwhile, in an unrelated lease deal in the O'Hare area, OTC Inc., a division of Waukesha, WI-based The Olson Cos., has signed a 21,388-sf lease at 5300 Proviso Dr. in Melrose Park, owned by Boston-based AMB Property II LP. Hamilton Partners Inc. partner John F. Baxter represented AMB Property II in negotiations with NAI Hiffman VP Stephen A. Sullivan.
