Karen Brown with Park Plaza Inc. said the outstanding deals have reached the final negotiating stage of terms for space in the 80-acre Mill Plain One. "If those leases are signed, we'll be at 90%," Brown said in a press release that didn't name the potential tenants, but said they are similar to others lined up for the development like home mortgage firms, software companies and corporate entities.
The building's sister property, Park Tower III, numbers among its tenants Boise Cascade Corp., which leased space for its paper and printing sales and marketing business. Crafts Americana also has its headquarters at the northeastern end of the development.
