Bella Furnishings will relocate from the Nimbus Center to 8205 SW Creekside Place in March in a move that will give the furniture seller better visibility, an expanded showroom and the potential for future growth, Kevin Joshi with Cushman & Wakefield's Portland office, tells GlobeSt.com. "They saw it as a long-term play whereby they could have their growth accommodated should it go well," Joshi says of the relocation plan.

Joshi, hushed about the terms, says space in the 600,000-sf corporate park, which includes Nextel and ReMax as tenants, generally rents for 85 cents per sf to 90 cents per sf triple net. He along with Scott Madsen and Steve Reaume, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the building owner, PS Business Parks in the transaction. Bella Furnishings was represented by Eric Haskins with Grubb and Ellis Co.'s Portland office.
