The new store is located in Eagan, just south of St. Paul, in Yankee Square shopping center off on I-35E on Yankee Doodle Road and Pilot Knob Road.
SSHE provides meal plans for the purpose of improving health through nutrition, including weight loss, lowering cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar. The meals are prepared locally at the company's commissary facility in Plymouth, then either delivered to customers or picked up at one of the 20 retail locations. The company's Minnesota corporate office is also located in Plymouth.
The meal plan--around $100 for a complete week's worth of meals--offers 21 different prepared meals per week, and is low fat, low cholesterol, sodium restricted and calorie-controlled. Besides Minnesota, SSHE also offers meals in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Indiana, Michigan, and Georgia.
