In Ferndale, Friedman handled the sale of a 5,700 sf building located at 522-526 East Nine Mile Road. The property was purchased by 522.9 LLC, a local investment group, from Theresa Sammons and Bruce Pillar, for $300,000. The new owners plan to invest $100,000 in renovations that will convert the building into a combination of retail space, office space, and loft apartments.
Friedman's David Lord, Robert Hibbert, and Kevin George represented the purchaser and the sellers in the sale.
In Bloomfield Hills, Friedman arranged a lease transaction for 4,070 sf of office space located at 43902 Woodward Avenue, in Bloomfield Hills Michigan. The space was leased to Northwood Rehabilitation Services Inc.
Friedman's Robert Moon and Rick Kaplan represented the landlord, Manabal Eastwood III LLC, in the transaction.
