Terri's Consign & Design, which operates about 20 consignment stores in Arizona and other states, will move from 1500 N. Hayden Rd. to the new facility about a mile away at Raintree and the Loop 101 by August. The popular home furnishing outlet will get an additional 6,000 sf with the relocation.
Mark Krison with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com that the $6-million lease gives the Tempe-based retailer the option to buy the $6-million building, located next to a Kohl's department store in trendy North Scottsdale, and offers it a primelocation with freeway visibility. Krison handled the transaction for the tenant while CB Richard Ellis' Darren Pitts negotiated the deal for building owner, Continental Properties of Ohio.
