The $1.2-million transaction will place the home furnishing store in a retail center at 6910 W. Bell Rd. in Glendale, adjacent to anchors Ashley Furniture and Arizona Leather, Rick Collins, with Ross Brown Partners Inc., of Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com.
Designs West, which also has stores in Sedona and Flagstaff, sells a variety of home furnishings including rustic accents, Mexican imports, baskets and rugs, wrought iron and ceramic lamps, and metal wall art. Collins and Cami Boyd, also with Ross Brown Partners, represented the building owner, MainSpring-Bell LLC, a subsidiary of MainSpring Capital Group, which developed the project.
