Caterpillar Logistics Services has operated a global product distribution center in the facility since 1994.
In addition to a location four miles in either direction from I-80 interchanges with I-55 and Larkin Road, the property is 12 miles north of the CenterPoint Intermodal Center.
Venture One Real Estate LLC principals Roy Splansky and Mark B. Goode represented Bradley Associates. The relationship has included two 15-year leases on 142,182 sf of space in Michigan and the sale of the two buildings for $6.1 million.
