The buyer of the property, which is located within the Pennsauken Industrial Park in metro Philadelphia, is Aruvil Properties LLC, the real estate unit of the New York-based lumber and building company, Aruvil International Inc. Bill Goodwin, a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis in Philadelphia, represented Saxonville USA in the transaction. Aruvil Properties was repped by Patterson Realty Advisors.
The building, which Aruvil International will similarly use for warehouse/distribution purposes, includes a built-out, 3,300-sf office component.
