In the largest deal, Delaware Valley Wholesale Florist took 58,064 sf of warehouse/distribution space at the 116,127-sf 75 Newfield Rd., bumping its presence up from 13,500 sf in the process. The transaction involves exactly 50% of the building's total space, and the remaining space is currently available, according to Daniel.

In the second transaction, Summit signed a long-term lease with DirectBuy, an online supplier of furniture and home furnishing products, for a total of 12,885 sf at its 135 Raritan Center Parkway here. Under the terms of the deal, the unfinished warehouse space will be converted into offices and showroom space, according to Daniel.

In the third signing, the Gelber Organization, a taxation consulting firm, has taken 3,233 sf of office space at Raritan Center I, a nine-story, 262,500-sf class A office building. Daniel provided in-house representation, and Binswanger/Klatskin's Gary Richman brokered the deal.
