Dennis Sandoval of Daums City of Industry office reports that American Relocation has scheduled a March 1 occupancy of its new area headquarters, which will be at 13565 Larwin Circle. Sandoval says approximately 125 people, including contract drivers, will be employed at the site following extensive tenant improvements. Sandoval represented American Relocation & Logistics in the lease, which includes a five-year option. The property owner is Cliffwood Development, which was represented by Bruce Romano of Inco Commercial Brokerage.
An agent for Mayflower Transit, American Relocation provides services including household, office and industrial moving, warehousing and special services. The company was established in 1993.
The new area headquarters for the company is a concrete tilt up building featuring 12,000 sf of office space, dock-high loading, 30-foot minimum interior clearance, and generous on-site parking.
