Friedman Arranges City Apartment Sales

DETROIT-Four apartment buildings in the city, representing over 600 units, have changed hands in one deal.

The apartment buildings are known as: The Harvard House Apartments located at 14570 -14610 Greenfield; The Greenview Apartments located at 15097-14610 Greenfield; The Park Place Apartments located at 14897-14941 Greenfield; and the Eaton Arms Apartments located at 16501- 16561 Greenfield. The apartment buildings were purchased by Greenfield Detroit LLC.

Friedman's Howard Perlman, Barry Swatzenbarg, Kevin George, and Rob Hibbert represented the seller, DMARC 1998-C-1 Detroit Communities LLC in this transaction.
