Southfield-based Farbman says it will market the building to office clients and as storage space. The building was purchased from the Heenan family.
The building, which was built in the 1920s and is also known as the NBS Building, is located at Baltimore and the Lodge in the New Center area. The purchase brings Farbman's portfolio in the New Center area to approximately 2 million sf. Klugman Commercial Properties represented the Heenan family in the sale.
