According to the tenant's representative, Chris Kugle of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston, the bulk mailer will move into the warehouse space in 30 days. The mailer will move from slightly less space in a 1960s-era warehouse in Oak Creek Business Park, also on the north side of town. He says the company's executives kept the search to somewhat newer product, electing the West Hardy Road built in the mid-1980s and a location convenient for employees' commutes.

Kugle says negotiations produced a lease with a competitive rate for a 96,721-sf, multi-tenant warehouse with a quoted rent of about 65 cents per sf. Building owner Transwestern Greenbriar North LP had Jude Fillipone of Transwestern Commercial Services in Houston brokering its terms.
