That fills an entire speculative building constructed by Panattoni Development Co. While terms were not disclosed, published asking lease rates were $3.85 per sf for the seventh industrial building in the 450-acre Windham Lakes Business Park.
CB Richard Ellis' Jeff Fischer and Mark Moran represented Panattoni Development Co., while Jeffrey Kahan and Steve Kohn from Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler handled negotiations for Home Depot, which is now considered the largest US retailer behind Wal-Mart.
