Mitchell E. Hersh, Mack-Cali's CEO says Harborside Plaza 5, a 34-story, 980,000-sf class A building, is now 61.1% leased. Harborside Plaza 5 is part of the larger Harborside Financial Center, a mixed-use complex with a total of 3.6 million sf of office space, a hotel and retail and residential components.
