The new board will include Joe Murphy, senior real estate manager for CB Richard Ellis, who is returning to serve out his second term as president. Glenn Fibiger of Landmark Asset Management Group is also rejoining the board for his second term as vice president. Other returning BOMA San Diego board members include Mary Pampuch as secretary, Ted Kimball as general counsel, Cybele Thompson as past president and Ray Magnussen as member-at-large.
New additions to the BOMA San Diego board include Pamela Franzone of American Assets Inc., who is serving as treasurer, as well as new members-at-large Scott Bedingfield of Cavignac & Associates, Jaimi Lomas of A.O. Reed & Co. and Kim Morgan of Arden Realty Inc.
BOMA San Diego, which counts more than 280 members among its ranks, represents more than 15 million sf of commercial office space in San Diego County.
