In the Chatsworth transaction, 12300 Kodash LLC bought Sunnyglen Industrial Park, which is located at 21800-21820 Nordoff St., 21700-21730 Nordoff St. and 9025-9041 Owensmouth St. The park consists of three single-story, concrete tilt-up buildings. The project, which was sold by JLT Industrial Partners LLC, of Redondo Beach, was 100% leased at the time of sale. Kevin Shannon of Grubb & Ellis South Bay office represented the buyer and the seller.
In the Sylmar sale, Graphic Arts Production, a graphic design and printing firm, has purchased a freestanding, 12,500-sf industrial building for its corporate headquarters. The company already occupies the single-story concrete tilt-up building, which is located at 12953 Foothill Blvd. The tenant had been leasing the building. The property was sold by the Wood Family Trust of Van Nuys.
