Maccarone, who obtained the exclusive listing for the property, represented the seller, "a longtime Kislak client who is the original owner-builder of the three-story building," according to company president Jeffrey Wiener. Weisbrod, meanwhile spoke for the buyer, who was similarly not identified.
The building, located just off I-287, is currently 100% occupied by multiple tenants, according to Maccarone. As part of the transaction, "the seller took back a15-year purchase money first mortgage," she adds.
