PRC has simultaneously sold its old 7,500-sf headquarters building right next door at 60 Monmouth Park Hwy., a building it had occupied since the firm was founded 40 years ago. PRC broker associate Mike Brown sold the asset for an undisclosed price to Dr. Ben Terrany, who will utilize it for his pulmonary care medical practice.
"This sale has been under contract for over a year, and the buyer was patient in waiting for the PRC Group to finish the construction of its new building," says Brown.
PRC, founded by its chairman, Robert M. Kaye, traces its roots largely to the management and ownership of apartment communities and high-rise apartment buildings. Over the last decade, the firm has expanded its presence in the commercial real estate sector.
