$14M Refinancing Set for Industrial Property

CARLSTADT, NJ-LJ Melody arranged the package for the owner of the 267,000-sf asset, a local partnership. Boise Cascade Office Products occupies the entire building.

Principal Global Investors, part of the Principal Financial Group, provided the funding for the owner of the building, 400 Commerce Boulevard LLC, a local partnership. James Gunning, a director in LJ Melody's Paramus, NJ office, secured the funding for the transaction.

The Houston-based LJ Melody is the real estate banking arm of CB Richard Ellis.
