According to Joseph Sarno of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, four new tenants have signed on with a total space consideration of just under 20,000 sf. Jon Marks and Jeremy Neuer of C&W's Central New Jersey office are the exclusive marketing agents.

The largest of the new leases is the 6,700 sf taken by Countrywide Home Mortgage, a division of Countrywide Financial. The firm is relocating its area sales office to the building from another local property.

Also, World Savings, a consumer financial services company, has opened a new office at Manalapan Corporate Center, taking 4,600 sf on the building's second floor. Frank Schofield of NAI Fennelly, Hamilton Square, NJ, represented the tenant.

Anslow & Jaclyn LLP, a legal services firm, meanwhile, has taken 4,500 sf, relocating its headquarters from nearby Freehold, NJ. And Picture Perfect, a new company that makes healthcare, cosmetic and medical products, has signed on for 4,100 sf.

As far as the rest of the building's space, "we are targeting additional law offices, financial services providers and other high-end users," Sarno says. "Activity involving prospective tenants seeking brand-new, custom-finished space continues unabated."
