The transaction shifts the company's occupancy from a sublease with both AT&T and MetLife, a deal that has been in place since 1999, to a direct lease with the Parsippany, NJ-based SJP. The latter's Todd Siegel, senior vice president, and senior market analyst Michael Legacki were the in-house leasing reps. The tenant was represented by John Meisel and Peter Hamburger of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ.

Crossroads Business Center consists of two class A office buildings totaling 135,000 sf at the intersection it I-78 and I-287. Other tenants include Philip Morris, MetLife and Peapack Gladstone Bank.
