Hewlett Packard, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, leased 7,000 sf on a long-term basis; and Ascom Transport Systems took 5,000 sf. Zimmel Associates has the exclusive for the property.
At Talmadge Rd. here, International Technidyne has leased a 22,000-sf freestanding building. Zimmel CEO Bernard Zimmel negotiated the signing.
And at 902 Oak Tree Rd. within Oak Tree Business Center, Fleet National Bank renewed its lease for 5,000 sf on a long-term basis. Zimmel also has the exclusive for Oak Tree Business Center.
