Sundance Art & Framing, which manufactures and distributes wholesale-framed artwork, closed its prior location at 2401 W. Phelps in Phoenix to move into the 104,690-sf Pinnacle Peark Commerceplex II at 23610 N. 20th Ave. in Phoenix, Rick Collins, with Ross Brown Partners, tells GlobeSt.com. "It's probably the most visible part of the building from the street," Collins says of the new location in one of Deer Valley's up-and-coming retail hubs.

The property, which was built in 2003, is owned and managed by Los Angeles-based EJM Development Co., which also has properties in Nevada and New Mexico. Collins represented the tenant in the transaction while Matt Hobaica and Jeff Conrad, both with Lee & Associates' Phoenix office, represented the building owner.
