Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc. is owner of the five-story, 351,000 sf building at the intersection of Interstate 494 and Highway 55. Lend Lease also hired Northstar to market the building
William Horvath, a principal of Lend Lease, said Northstar was hired because they "carefully prepared a value creation strategy and creative marketing plan for the property with detailed action steps specifically addressing improvements of the grounds, common areas, and graphics of the property."
The building, which is on 20 acres, is being pitched as a corporate campus.
"The 3033 Campus Drive property represents a prime opportunity for tenants seeking a corporate campus setting in the northwest metro area," says Clinton Miller, president of Northstar Partners.
The previous leasing agent for the building was the Minneapolis office of CB Richard Ellis.
