Levy and SVP Steven Tick represented container distributor Berlin Packaging in negotiations with Charles Canale of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler. Kirk Armour and Randy Koch of CB Richard Ellis represented Crown Cork & Seal Technologies in negotiations with Levy, Tick and SVP Thomas Callahan.
