Prior to Opus, Grady worked for the Shelard Group in the early 1990s, where she worked with Clinton Miller, president of Northstar Partners. "We watched her develop into an extremely talented and respected member of the Twin Cities brokerage community," Miller says.
She has represented such institutional owners as Glenborough Realty Trust, Devon Properties, and Utah Retirement Fund, and such tenants as GE Capital, ADC Telecommunications, Children's Hospitals and Edina Realty.
She is a graduate of Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN, where she earned a bachelor's in business administration.
