Chris Migliori in the Anaheim office of GVA Daum reports that Myers will consolidate three facilities under one roof and relocate from existing buildings in Los Angeles County. Migliori represented Myers in the purchase of the Corona property at 725 Harrison St., which Myers acquired from DJP Family Partners. The seller was represented by Rick John of Collins Commercial. The power products company will employ approximately 150 workers at the property, which occupies a 7.6-acre site. The new facility will consolidate operations from plants in Rancho Dominguez, Santa Fe Springs and Pomona.
The new headquarters for Myers Power Products is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 16,000 sf of office space, dock-high and ground-level loading, 26-ft minimum interior clearance, and ample onsite parking.
