In the largest of the latest signings, US Logistics Inc., a trucking company, took 29,000 sf. Others include Trek Inc., 19,170 sf for the warehousing and distribution of construction equipment; Sports Central, 16,000 sf for a fitness center; and Atlantic States Distribution Co., 14,385 sf for distribution.

Also, 5,000-sf commitments have been made by First Choice Communications, which distributes computer-related equipment; Stanton Door Co.; World Wide Concessions, a distributor of promotional items; Babbling Brook LLC, a distributor of stationary products; and Brennan-Penrod Contractors, a painting contractor. Finally, new office tenants include the National Council of Alcoholism and Drug Dependency and Thyssenkrupp Elevator Corp.

The 250-acre Interstate Business Park, with a total of more than 2.5 million sf of building space, combines office, warehousing and distribution uses.
