Combs, who also has recently been named to the board of directors at Goodwill Industries of Orange County, was cited by BOMA for his commitment to and support of the real estate community. He has assisted BOMA Orange County for several years and serves on the local chapter's advisory board.
The RiverRock executive says he hopes to raise awareness and funds for Goodwill in 2004. He previously served as a Goodwill board member for one year while president of U.S. Property Services at Insignia/ESG Inc.
Goodwill Industries, an 80-year-old nonprofit organization, provides a host of services for people with disabilities and other barriers to opportunity. RiverRock, which Combs founded after leaving Insignia, is an Irvine-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm that also maintains an office in Long Beach.
