Marcus & Millichap brokers David Potarf and Dan Woodward, of the company's Denver office, brokered the sale. "Ironstone at Stroh Ranch is an attractive property built in two phases," says Woodward. Adds Potarf: "The quality of the asset and the improving market were major factors that drove interest in the property."
The Potarf/Woodward team has sold seven properties with more than 1,400 units this last year. That was more than any other brokers in Colorado, they say.
