This marks the fourth year in a row that the REIT received the honor in the competition that was launched by the Institute in 2000. The awards are based on employee surveys, which make up 75% of a company's score, while workplace culture and benefits also are considered.

"Our employees are the ones who embrace that environment and make the workplace what it is and are ultimately responsible for Brandywine receiving this honor for the past four years," says director of human resources Carolyn Bisazza.
