The transaction team for G-H, based here, included managing director Robert Ploshnick, vice president Seth Pollack and the late Mel Alperstein, who passed away recently after as 40-year career. He had been with G-H for the past 28 years, most recently as executive vice president.

The identity of neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed. Financing for the deal involved a new first mortgage issued by Wachovia Bank, according to Gebroe.

The properties, which have a combined 98% occupancy, according to Gebroe, include Millburn Mall in Millburn, NJ, which is anchored by Drug Fair and has second-floor office space. The others are the New Bridge Shopping Center in Bergenfield, NJ, which is anchored by Rite-Aid; and Browntown Shopping Center in Old Bridge, NJ, anchored by Drug Fair and as New York Sports Center.
