For more than nine years, Blasi held several positions with Codina Group, including president of Codina Development and president of Codina Real Estate Management. She is expected to play a key leadership role with Terranova in operating its nearly eight-million-sf portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Collier counties.
"An industry veteran with over 15 years' experience in the development, leasing and management of commercial real estate in Florida, Blasi is expected to be an immediate impact player at the company," according to Stephen H. Bittel, chairman of Terranova Corp.
"My years with Codina have been an exceptional opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, and my new position with Terranova will enable me to continue to grow with another top team of industry leaders, " Blasi adds. She also is state director of the International Council of Shopping Centers and previously served as the Florida ICSC Governmental Affairs chairman.
