Princeton Forrestal Village, which includes a Westin Hotel and conference center, consists of 320,000 sf of office space and 175,000 sf of retail space. It's the latter element that has been the property's biggest headache over the years, and Gale officials have already indicated that a portion of that space will be given over to professional uses. Current retail tenants include Dansk, OshKosh, Carter's and Gymboree.

"You will see exciting stores and services added to the tenant mix," according to Matt Harding, president of Levin Management. "There will be increased prominence for the entire retail area, as well as on-site activities aimed at attracting consumers."

"We're looking at the whole marketing package, from the signage to leasing materials to consumer advertising and publicity," adds David Silver, the firm's director of marketing.
