Kossar repped AMB Property Corp. in the signing of a long-term lease by apparel retailer H&M for a total of 326,500 sf of warehouse/distribution space at 100 Porete Ave. in North Arlington, NJ. And Fern and Lubin represented Adjmi Apparel in the lease of 232,000 sf of industrial space at 8 Santa Fe Way in Cranbury, NJ. The property is owned by ProLogis.
Finally, Fern and Lubin represented both the tenant, Furniture King, and the owner, Heller Construction, in a lease of 112,000 sf of warehouse/distribution space in Monroe, NJ.
