In that transaction, the company's North American home products division sold the asset to Victoria Classics, a home furnishings distributor, for an undisclosed price. Binswanger/Klatskin executive vice presidents David E. Knee, Charles Fern and Joel Lubin, and vice president Chris T. Hile were the brokers.

Also, Knee, Hile and executive vice president Robert C. Kossar repped AMB Property Corp. in the signing of a long-term lease by apparel retailer H&M for a total of 326,500 sf of warehouse/distribution space at 100 Porete Ave. in North Arlington, NJ. And Fern and Lubin represented Adjmi Apparel in the lease of 232,000 sf of industrial space at 8 Santa Fe Way in Cranbury, NJ. The property is owned by ProLogis.

Finally, Fern and Lubin represented both the tenant, Furniture King, and the owner, Heller Construction, in a lease of 112,000 sf of warehouse/distribution space in Monroe, NJ.
