RiverRock, which was founded five months ago by former Insignia exec John Combs, added four new contracts that brought in the nearly 536,000 sf of new space.
The new contracts include:
A 248,840-sf assignment including two flex industrial buildings owned by 1515 S. Manchester LLC at 1515 and 1585 S. Manchester in Anaheim. Gary Cunningham, general manager with RiverRock, will manage the property.
Five buildings that total 143,800-sf of mixed-use space at 428-622 W. Katella Ave. in Orange. The buildings include a retail showroom and industrial space owned by The Rinker Co. The property is located in Metro Court Business Park, directly across the street from Home Depot. Paula Mathews, general manager with RiverRock, will manage the property.
A 66,000-sf office building owned by PRES Properties at 315 S. Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. The building will be managed by Lyle Randles, senior managing director, along with Cunningham and Natalie Jonke, assistant property manager with RiverRock.
A 77,000-sf, four-building office park owned by The Rinker Co. at 9035 - 9065 Haven Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga. The State of California occupies nearly one-third of the property, which Mathews will manage.
