Passco had owned the shopping center since 2001, when it purchased it in a tenant in common structure. The property is at 25030 Hancock Ave. and features a diversified tenant mix. It is anchored by Stater Bros. and Sav-on Drug, with a tenant roster including Chuck E Cheese, Sav-on Drug, Starbucks, Radio Shack, Jack In The Box, Pizza Hut, H & R Block, and others. The sale of the plaza was brokered by Reza Etedali of Reza Investment Group in Irvine, who represented both the buyer and the seller.
Winn says the sale of Sierra Vista Plaza will help Passco to continue to add regional malls and neighborhood centers to its portfolio of 5.8 million sf. In 2003, Passco acquired Hanford Mall in Hanford, CA, along with Wenatchee Valley Mall in Wenatchee, WA and Puente Hills Mall in the City of Industry. The firm's portfolio also includes Lancaster Commerce Center in Lancaster, and Rolling Ridge Plaza in Chino Hills.
