The largest of them is a 15-year renewal by Publicus Healthcare, a Lawrenceville, NJ-based healthcare marketing firm doing business as Arista. In a transaction valued at more than $3 million, it will continue to occupy 23,100 sf in Sentry Park West's Dublin Hall Building. Reid Blynn of Philadelphia-based GVA Smith Mack represented Arista, and Thomas D. Kramer, principal, and John Susanin, VP of GVA Smith Mack, negotiated for the owner.
An affiliate of Whitehall Real Estate Investment Funds owns the office park, which is managed Archon Group LP, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group. The park was recently upgraded with new landscaping, signage and other exterior enhancements.
Three additional renewals and two new leases for an aggregate 13,800 sf are valued at more than $700,000. GVA Smith Mack represented the owner in all of the negotiations.
Situs Real Estate represented Republic Mortgage in a 3,700-sf renewal. Friends Life Care at Home renewed its 2,200-sf lease, and Verizon Connected Solutions re-upped its lease for 1,400 sf.
New tenants include Linvatec Biomaterials, which inked for 4,500 sf, and AGI, which leased 2,000 sf in the park's Merion Towle Building. Peter Stevens of CB Commercial represented Linvatec. Bryant Dembrowsky of CB Commercial negotiated for AGI.
