Strategic Properties Plans Mixed-use Project

MIAMI-To be located at 4300 Biscayne Blvd. here, the project involves converting a 42,000-sf office building into office condos and developing 170 residential units.

The new residential building will contain approximately 170 units, all of which will have views of Biscayne Bay. Strategic Properties was formed by Henry Pino, who serves as its president. Pino formerly was a partner in charge of company operations for South Florida-based BAP Development Inc., a large South Florida developer, which he left to form his own company. Strategic targets urban in-fill mixed-use development opportunities.
