Credit Union Buys 40,000-SF Kendall Parcel

KENDALL, FL-The Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union, based in Miramar, FL, paid $800,000, or $20 per sf, to Miami-based ASA Investment of South Florida for the parcel at Kendall Breeze Shopping Center.

Kendall Breeze Shopping Center is a two-story, 75,000-sf mixed-use development completed last year adjacent to a new Publix Supermarket in the Devon Aire Crossings section of the city. The center, located at the southwest corner of 120th Street and 127th Avenue, was developed by Horizon Properties of Miami Lakes.

Jennifer Espaillat, director for Horizon Properties, represented ASA Investment of South Florida in the transaction. Rauch, Weaver and Co. represented Eastern Financial Credit Union.
